We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage the maintenance, operations, and overall upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the environment is safe, efficient, and well-maintained, while also providing excellent support to employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other essential infrastructure.
- Ensure all facility operations comply with safety regulations and standards.
Operations Management:
- Manage daily facility operations, including cleaning services, waste disposal, and landscaping.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to guarantee timely and effective service delivery.
Space Management:
- Supervise space allocation and ensure optimal use of available areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure facility environment.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage the facility’s budget, track expenses, and forecast costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement practical solutions.
Customer Service:
- Provide prompt and efficient support to employees, visitors, and stakeholders regarding facility-related issues.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all operations align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and address potential risks to minimize liabilities.
Team Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of facility staff and contractors.
- Offer guidance, training, and support to enhance staff performance.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a facility management role.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
