Job Title: Customer Relations Officer
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process orders, maintain accurate records of transactions, and ensure proper billing.
• Work with the operations team to monitor garment processing and delivery timelines.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and follow up on services as necessary.
• Promote Swift Dry Cleaners’ services and special offers to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Escalate more complex service issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Reactivate dormant and inactive accounts regularly.
• Contribute to branch revenue through effective marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in a customer service role, preferably within the laundry industry.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month
