We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join our team.
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and schedule daily tasks for team members, and monitor their performance outcomes
- Oversee the day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing complaints and ensuring satisfaction
- Optimize product displays for effective merchandising and increased sales
- Drive sales growth and uphold high operational standards
- Build strong relationships with both customers and team members
- Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets set by the management
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team to achieve store goals
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards
- Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
