We are currently seeking a skilled Executive Administrator to join our growing team.

Job Title: Executive Administrator

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Contract

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of four to seven years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar administrative role
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is mandatory

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with project management software is an added advantage

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Work Environment
