About the Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated NGO Project Manager to join our team. As an NGO Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing community development projects, ensuring the successful execution of donor-funded initiatives, and contributing to meaningful social change.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee NGO or community development projects.
- Engage with key stakeholders and ensure project goals are met efficiently.
- Track budgets and monitor project progress to ensure smooth execution.
- Utilize project management tools to streamline workflows and communication.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing NGO or community development projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and progress reporting.
- Proven experience with donor-funded projects and budget management.
- Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for social impact and community development.
