Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Officer to manage financial operations across our hospitality outlets. This role involves handling transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and reconcile account balances and bank statements
- Track and manage all accounting transactions
- Handle tax computations and file tax returns
- Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare financial reports and publish statements on time
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
- Create invoices and follow up with clients for payment
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and expense management
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Support timely month-end and year-end closings
- Ensure prompt and accurate bank payments
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with tax regulations and audit processes
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial entries
