Role Overview

The Accountant will play a key role in managing the company’s financial records, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a structured but fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices while tracking payments and outstanding receivables.

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation.

• Implement and monitor internal control systems.

• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

• Prepare timely monthly financial reports.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• ICAN/ACCA qualification (or in progress) is an added advantage.

• 4–6 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks).

• Strong analytical and numerical accuracy.

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Salary

₦300,000 – ₦350,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
