Role Overview
As the Analyst – OTT Partnerships (Marketing), you will take ownership of coordinating and implementing strategies that grow our consumer OTT (Over-The-Top) services. This role combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and creative campaign execution to drive data usage, revenue, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to grow digital revenue.
- Engage new data users through OTT platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Google.
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns to boost user acquisition and awareness.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to roll out effective promotions.
- Analyze data to refine digital offerings and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to track and report performance metrics.
- Support the creation and optimization of MTN’s digital store presence on partner platforms.
- Conduct competitor and product analysis to guide strategy and future development.
- Establish and manage strong relationships with OTT and tech partners.
- Deliver performance reports and actionable insights to improve ongoing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
- A First Degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication skills in English
Experience:
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience
- A background in product development, digital marketing, or customer experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Experience in a medium-sized organization is an added advantage
