The Area Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within a designated area, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in civil engineering and large-scale construction project management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 8 years experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects
- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects successfully
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management frameworks, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction software
- Valid international passport eligible for work in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
