Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience, smooth daily operations, and effective staff supervision. The role requires proactive problem-solving, team management, and compliance with operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility at the front of the house to address customer concerns and ensure frontline staff are welcoming and professional.
• Supervise team members to ensure product availability, proper presentation, and adherence to the product time-out schedule.
• Monitor operations to prevent shortages of products or cash and take immediate corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure timely requisition of products to avoid outages.
• Enforce standard operating procedures and ensure staff compliance.
• Investigate and resolve any shortages promptly.
• Oversee the use of equipment such as microwaves, chillers, POS machines, and computers to prevent damage or disruption.
• Submit required reports within deadlines.
• Supervise closing procedures, including cashier reconciliations, proper waste disposal, cleaning, resetting tables, arranging chairs, switching off appliances, and securing the premises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Must reside within Egbeda or nearby areas.

Salary

N100,000 – N116,000 monthly.
