We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Blending Process Operator in our Sagamu facility.

Job Title: Blending Process Operator – Food Manufacturing
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Expected Resumption: First Week of November 2025

Role Overview

The Blending Process Operator will play a vital role in preparing, measuring, and mixing raw materials and ingredients to meet production specifications. The successful candidate will ensure product consistency, maintain hygiene, and uphold quality and safety standards throughout the blending process.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials in line with approved batch sheets and formulations.
• Operate blending and mixing machines efficiently to maintain smooth production flow.
• Ensure proper ratios, blending speeds, and mixing times as per product requirements.
• Conduct in-process checks to monitor quality parameters such as texture, color, pH, and viscosity.
• Accurately document production data, including batch numbers and material usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the work area and ensure proper sanitation of all blending equipment.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve process or equipment issues quickly.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Trade Test I, II, III / OND / HND in Food Technology, Science Laboratory Technology, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Blending, Mixing, or Process Operator in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control systems, and food safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret batch sheets accurately.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to operate production equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Sagamu, Ogun State.
