Job Title: Business Developer – Buy Now Pay Later
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
This position offers an opportunity to work with PalmPay to expand and strengthen its dealer network. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining dealer relationships, and ensuring that sales targets and customer service standards are achieved within the assigned territory.
Job Summary
The Business Developer will oversee and grow the dealer network in the designated area. The role focuses on meeting sales goals, improving dealer performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement strategies to increase product penetration
- Provide training and support to dealers on products, pricing, and promotions
- Conduct regular market visits to review dealer operations, branding, and compliance
- Address dealer issues promptly to maintain strong partnerships
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and challenges
- Prepare and present periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends, and competitors
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards
