Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will drive sales growth and expand our client base in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and promote our asset integrity maintenance and pipeline process services. This role requires a results-driven individual with a solid understanding of industrial services and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil and gas and industrial sectors.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote the company’s asset integrity maintenance and pipeline process service offerings.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and periodic sales reports.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Good understanding of asset integrity, pipeline cleaning, hydrotesting, or nitrogen purging is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month, with performance-based incentives.
