Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition and business growth initiatives. The role involves deposit mobilization, asset creation, customer relationship management, and market expansion. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of financial products and a proven ability to drive revenue and meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering tailored financial solutions and excellent service.
  • Mobilize deposits through effective marketing and relationship management.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative business strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging financial products.
  • Prepare business performance reports and contribute to strategy development.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales—preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of banking products such as loans, savings, and investment instruments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record in meeting business growth and revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and passionate about delivering results.
