Job Summary

We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to design strategies that drive sales performance and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market share and brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed growth targets.
• Goal-oriented, confident, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
