We are looking for a Business Marketing Supervisor to manage and coordinate marketing operations across all regions in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will ensure that all marketing activities, branding efforts, and promotional campaigns are carried out effectively and in line with OPPO’s standards.

Role Overview

The Business Marketing Supervisor will oversee a team of Business Marketing Assistants, ensuring smooth coordination of marketing logistics and brand promotions. The role involves supervising regional marketing executions, managing branding installations, monitoring logistics, and maintaining consistent brand identity nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Business Marketing Assistants across all regions.
• Coordinate and monitor nationwide branding installations such as billboards, shop displays, and wall drapes.
• Ensure that all marketing and branding activities align with OPPO’s identity and quality standards.
• Oversee the logistics and distribution of marketing materials to regional offices.
• Manage the documentation and reporting of all marketing and advertisement activities.
• Ensure proper maintenance and timely repair of regional branding structures.
• Work with vendors, contractors, and regional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Prepare and present reports on regional marketing activities and asset management.
• Provide feedback, training, and performance evaluation for regional marketing assistants.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, branding supervision, or regional marketing operations.
• Must be 28 years or older.
• Strong understanding of brand management, marketing logistics, and outdoor advertising.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reporting, vendor management, and project supervision.
• Willingness to travel to different regions as needed.

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month
