Position: Business Process Analyst

Job Overview
The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and enhancing business processes within the Business Operations unit to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role will support data-driven decision-making and help the organization achieve its strategic objectives by streamlining operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Design
- Analyze and document current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and potential improvements.
- Conduct data-driven assessments to identify workflow bottlenecks and redundancies.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps and documentation to support redesigned workflows.
Process Improvement Implementation
- Collaborate with the Operations Implementation and People Performance Executive to implement recommended process improvements.
- Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
- Test new processes, collect feedback, and make continuous improvements to workflows.
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, from planning and resource allocation to monitoring progress.
- Use project management tools to track milestones, adhere to deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
- Provide regular project updates, challenges, and achievements to the Head of Business Operations.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Create and maintain key metrics to assess the success of implemented processes.
- Prepare reports on performance trends, offering insights and suggestions for further optimization.
- Ensure that all implemented processes comply with Nigerian regulatory standards and internal company policies.
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month
