Position: Business Strategy Analyst

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role involves conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and supporting strategic decisions to help shape the future direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competition
- Identify new business opportunities including partnerships, market expansions, and product diversification
- Use analytical tools for financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Develop and maintain business models and monitor performance using key performance indicators
- Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management with insights and recommendations
- Work with cross-functional teams to support business planning and strategic decisions
- Track the implementation of business strategies and suggest improvements as needed
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market risks
- Support the development of strategic goals, KPIs, and action plans
- Contribute to special projects requiring analytical input and business insights
Requirements
- HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree
- 5 to 15 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work with data, build models, and make strategic recommendations
Salary
₦200,000 – ₦270,000 Monthly
