Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦70,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Cake and Cookie Baker to join our baking team. The ideal candidate will prepare, bake, and decorate cakes and cookies according to established recipes and quality standards. You will be responsible for maintaining product consistency, ensuring hygiene compliance, and bringing creativity to every baked item produced.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, cookies, and pastries based on recipes and production schedules.
• Mix and measure ingredients accurately to maintain taste and texture consistency.
• Decorate cakes and pastries professionally with attention to detail and presentation.
• Ensure baked products meet company standards for quality, freshness, and appearance.
• Maintain a clean and organized baking area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Properly store ingredients and baked goods to preserve freshness.
• Check and maintain baking tools and equipment regularly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of baking experience in a bakery or pastry environment.
• OND or SSCE qualification required; culinary certification is an advantage.
• Must reside in or around Agbede, Ikorodu.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques, cake decoration, and ingredient handling.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
