About the Role

This position is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for engaging people and turning conversations into results. As a Call Center Agent / Virtual Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, managing inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, and converting interest into action.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with professionalism and clarity
• Engage prospects, build rapport, and present services or products effectively
• Follow up on warm leads and convert them into paying customers
• Keep accurate records of interactions and update CRM tools
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and persuasive tone
• Support marketing activities such as email outreach, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years of work experience
• Fluent, articulate English with a confident and welcoming tone
• Strong background in sales, marketing, or telemarketing
• Proven ability to close deals and handle objections effectively
• Comfortable working with sales scripts and CRM systems
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Able to adjust tone and pitch to suit different clients
• Must be available to work on-site in Delta State
