Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cooking, with the ability to prepare both local and intercontinental dishes. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality meal preparation and maintaining excellent kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of local and international dishes
- Plan and manage kitchen operations to ensure timely meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation
- Collaborate with management to develop new menus and food concepts
- Ensure proper storage and inventory of food supplies
Qualifications and Skills
- HND in Hospitality Management, Catering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Chef
- Strong knowledge of both local and intercontinental cuisine
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Salary
N100,000 per month
