Role Summary
Kogi State University is seeking a qualified and experienced Chief Accountant to join its Bursary Department. The ideal candidate will provide financial oversight, ensure accurate reporting, and support the university’s commitment to transparency and fiscal responsibility.
Requirements
- A good degree in Accounting or a related field such as Banking and Finance from a recognized university
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Membership of a recognized professional accounting body (e.g. ICAN, ANAN)
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with accounting software
