Role Overview

The Client Engagement Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to both residential and commercial clients. This role involves educating potential customers on the advantages of solar power, understanding their energy needs, and providing suitable solar solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure every customer receives a seamless and satisfying experience from inquiry to installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through networking, referrals, and field engagement.
• Assess clients’ energy needs and recommend suitable solar power solutions.
• Educate customers about solar energy systems, pricing, and available financing options.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships before, during, and after installation.
• Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay informed about industry developments, solar technologies, and energy policies.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals while supporting the company’s overall growth objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy or a related industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Basic understanding of solar energy systems and financing options is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
