About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cloud Solution Architect who specializes in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join our growing team in Lagos.

In this role, you will play a key part in transforming how businesses across the Middle East and Africa move to the cloud. As the dedicated F&O expert in the region, you’ll design, integrate, and deliver innovative solutions that modernize legacy systems and drive measurable business value.

This position offers a dynamic mix of remote and on-site work, allowing you to engage with customers, partners, and vendors while shaping the future of enterprise technology in diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Align Microsoft Business Applications with customer goals to deliver measurable outcomes and accelerate adoption.
• Conduct workshops and technical sessions to build customer readiness and operational efficiency.
• Provide feedback to Microsoft internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.
• Support enterprise decision-makers in optimizing Microsoft technologies for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational blockers using Microsoft’s best practices and proprietary tools.
• Identify new opportunities for business growth through customer insights and solution alignment.
• Continuously expand your technical and business expertise to meet evolving market demands.
• Contribute to Microsoft’s knowledge community through solution sharing, reusable assets, and collaborative learning.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have deep technical and practical experience in Microsoft Business Applications, especially Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

Required Experience:

• Previous experience as a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with proven success driving solution adoption and transformation in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct Business Value Assessments (BVA) and lead ROI-driven discussions with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence strategic technology decisions.

Technical Expertise:

• Dynamics 365 F&O: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with X++ development across at least two modules such as sales, services, marketing, or customer insights.
• Troubleshooting: Skilled in debugging and using Trace Parser to diagnose and resolve performance issues.
• Performance Optimization: Understanding of system performance patterns and anti-patterns.
• Architecture and Cloud Integration:
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure fundamentals and how it integrates with Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns across Business Applications.
• Lifecycle Management:
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for application lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Lifecycle Services for environment setup and maintenance.
  • Ability to implement the Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT).
