Role Overview
The Cluster Technical Support Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of technical equipment across assigned store locations. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety standards to support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular troubleshooting and repairs on technical equipment.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities.
- Provide on-site technical support for cluster stores located in Wuse, Ceddi Plaza, and Mountview.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in technical maintenance or equipment support.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Good attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
Salary
₦300,000 gross monthly.
