Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Company Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, guests, and goods safely and efficiently while maintaining the company’s vehicles in excellent condition. This role requires professionalism, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to transport staff, guests, and goods to assigned destinations.
• Plan and follow efficient routes based on traffic and schedule requirements.
• Conduct routine checks and inspections of vehicles before and after use.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is always in good working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip details.
• Report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs to the supervisor promptly.
• Provide courteous service to passengers and assist them when needed.
• Handle basic documentation such as delivery notes and trip logs accurately.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to improve driving and safety skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a company or commercial driver.
• Good knowledge of Abuja roads and traffic patterns.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
• Physically fit and able to handle long driving hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Courteous, reliable, and professional attitude.
