Content Creator

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and strategic Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will develop engaging content for social media, blog posts, websites, and email campaigns. Your creativity will help us build brand visibility, connect with our target audience, and generate quality leads.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and original content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Write compelling blog posts, property descriptions, email newsletters, and captions
• Develop content strategies that align with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns
• Work closely with graphic designers and videographers to create multimedia content
• Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and social media practices
• Assist in creating scripts for short-form videos such as virtual tours and client testimonials
• Track content performance and use insights to improve future content
• Build strong audience engagement through storytelling and informative content
• Research competitors and real estate trends to position Yemsays as a market leader

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation (real estate, media, lifestyle, or similar fields)
• Portfolio or samples of past work (written and/or visual)

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Strong grasp of grammar, spelling, and consistent brand tone
• Creative mindset with fresh content ideas
• Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer
• Ability to adapt and repurpose content across different platforms
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
• Detail-oriented with good time management
• Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera

Additional Qualities:

• Passionate about real estate, branding, and digital content
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Open to attending on-site property shoots and content creation events
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦130,000 (based on experience)
