Role Overview

We are hiring a Content Digitization Specialist to support our expanding education and training initiatives. This role focuses on converting and organizing learning resources into digital formats suitable for various online platforms. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about making learning content accessible and well-structured.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert and organize lesson materials such as notes, assessments, videos, and audio into digital formats.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and instructional quality.
• Tag, classify, and structure content into courses, modules, and lessons for easy navigation.
• Manage digital content repositories and maintain version control.
• Conduct quality checks to confirm proper formatting and alignment with learning objectives.
• Ensure all materials comply with copyright and licensing standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Management, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital content management, instructional design, e-learning, or content operations.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Basic technical knowledge of file formatting, metadata tagging, and media editing (audio/video) is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digitizing educational or training materials.
• Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both academic and technical teams.
