Role Overview

As a Creative Designer, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality visual content that communicates our brand message effectively. Your work will support digital campaigns, internal communications, marketing efforts, and corporate presentations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and edit visual content, including images, animations, and videos for social media and digital campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication materials
• Create and maintain templates for reports, presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
• Develop compelling sales and marketing materials for events and business opportunities
• Design promotional items such as banners, flyers, posters, and videos for product launches
• Maintain high design standards that align with international branding aesthetics
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to produce campaign-aligned content
• Stay current with design trends and apply them to elevate Fembol’s brand identity
• Keep an organized library of design assets including logos, templates, and graphics
• Manage design projects from start to finish, meeting quality and timeline expectations
• Support HR and Admin teams by designing materials for internal communication and employee engagement
• Liaise with vendors and print houses for production of branded materials when needed

Daily Responsibilities

• Create visuals based on daily and weekly content calendars
• Refine designs based on team feedback
• Prepare visual content for internal and client-facing presentations
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Officer to ensure campaign alignment
• Maintain and update brand asset libraries regularly
