Kaylog Economic Freedom Campaign (KEFC) is a fast-growing financial services company founded by Adewale Adenle. Originally conceived as a business idea in 2016 and officially launched in February 2017 in Abeokuta, Ogun State, KEFC was created to address the financial challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and traders in Nigeria.
With Adewale Adenle’s extensive experience in the Nigerian banking sector, KEFC has built a solid reputation for providing reliable credit and finance solutions. Job Title: Credit Support Officer
Locations: Akute, Imeko, Igbogila, Ilaro, Owode-Yewa, Idiroko, Ijebu-Ode, Ogijo, Sagamu, and Ota, Ogun State
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and committed Credit Support Officer who will be responsible for promoting our loan products, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient credit processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Ogun State and ready to contribute to KEFC’s growing network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new customers, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Review and process loan applications.
- Assess and evaluate customer creditworthiness and risk.
- Maintain and update ledgers and customer records.
- Collect loan repayments and post system transactions.
- Monitor loan performance and ensure timely follow-up.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Interest in the Banking and Financial Services Industry.
- Ability to prepare and interpret reports accurately.
- A self-driven individual with creativity, initiative, and a record of achievement.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
- Accommodation: Available for selected candidates
