About the Role
We are currently hiring a Customer Acquisition Specialist (Telesales) for a fast-growing fintech client. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about engaging with customers, communicating value clearly, and driving user growth through direct outreach.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers via phone calls, SMS, and messaging apps to promote fintech services
- Present product benefits and features in a compelling and relatable manner
- Support prospects through the sign-up and onboarding process
- Track and manage interactions using CRM tools for efficient follow-up and conversion
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly acquisition targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and customer experience
- Gather and share customer feedback for continuous product improvement
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer acquisition, or a similar role (preferably in the fintech or tech space)
- Strong communication and persuasive sales skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and engagement tools
- Driven, target-oriented, and focused on customer satisfaction
