Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, in-person meetings, and messages.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to all customer queries.
- Ensure that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
- A minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer care role.
Salary
- N80,000 per month.
