Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and proactive individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Assistants (CEAs). In this role, you will help business owners set up and manage their online stores using the Storefront Africa platform. You will also provide support, build relationships, and ensure customers have a smooth onboarding experience. This position offers excellent earning potential for individuals who enjoy working with entrepreneurs and are motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new business owners to the Storefront Africa platform

• Guide and support entrepreneurs as they activate and manage their online stores

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success

• Represent Storefront Africa positively and professionally within your assigned region

• Educate customers on platform features and benefits to help them achieve success online

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not required

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Passionate about business growth, technology, and helping small businesses succeed

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Salary

This role is commission-based with a high earning potential:

• Earn ₦30,000 for every successful activation you complete

• Receive 60% of Storefront Africa’s commission on every sale made by the business owners you onboard for life
