Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Customer Service and Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, promote our services, and drive sales. You will play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their event needs and recommend suitable rental solutions.
• Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits professionally and promptly.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet set targets.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide post-sale support and handle complaints courteously.
• Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Applicants should reside within or around Ikeja, Lagos.

Salary

₦80,000 – ₦100,000 per month plus commission.
