Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Interns to join our fashion team. The successful candidates will assist in managing client communications, supporting sales operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across in-store and online platforms. This internship offers valuable hands-on exposure to fashion retail operations and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers professionally in-store and online.

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

• Support the management of client orders, fittings, and delivery schedules.

• Record and report customer feedback, complaints, and service issues.

• Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide timely updates to clients on their orders and services.

• Assist in general administrative duties and showroom organization.

• Participate in marketing or promotional activities when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND or current undergraduate in any field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of fashion trends is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a polite demeanor.

• Proficiency in WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic computer applications.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• High-performing interns may be considered for full-time employment.

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month.
