Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Process sales transactions, orders, and returns efficiently
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
• Meet individual and team performance goals for sales and customer service

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of HND qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Must reside in or around Okota, Ago, or Isolo areas

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦110,000 monthly
