Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and online customers, ensuring prompt responses, efficient issue resolution, and excellent service delivery. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to both in-person and online customer inquiries promptly.

• Provide accurate information on shipping rates, timelines, and available services.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and transaction records.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.

• Support daily shipment processing, documentation, and packaging tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or shipping.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Sheets, Drive, Gmail).

• Must live in Isolo or surrounding areas.

• Must be between 20 and 27 years old and available to work on weekends.

Salary

₦130,000 per month.
