Role Overview
We are hiring a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations Data Analyst to support a fast-growing fintech company. In this role, you will turn complex sales data into clear insights that improve processes, drive revenue, and support leadership decisions. You’ll work closely with sales and business development teams to ensure efficiency across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on sales performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvement strategies
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from CRM systems, business development tools, and market reports
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that guide daily and strategic decision-making
• Evaluate the current sales process and suggest improvements for productivity and efficiency
• Support sales leaders with forecasting, territory planning, and performance metrics
• Organize and monitor sales training programs, keeping the team updated on tools and product knowledge
• Provide ongoing operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or business analytics, ideally in fintech or financial services
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
• Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate insights clearly
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for using clean data to make impactful decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities

Salary
₦600,000 per month
