Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Debt Recovery Officer. If you’re driven, ready to learn, and live near Maryland, Lagos, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers with outstanding loans and encourage repayments
- Follow up on agreed payment schedules
- Keep accurate records of communication and recovery status
- Guide customers on available repayment options and negotiate payment terms
Requirements
- B.Sc degree from a recognized institution
- 0–1 year of customer service or support experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong command of English
- Willing to learn, proactive, and attentive to details
- Must reside close to Maryland, Lagos
Compensation
₦70,000 monthly salary plus performance-based commission
