We are currently looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketer to join our team. This role requires someone passionate about driving online engagement, generating leads, and improving brand visibility through strategic digital campaigns.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the company’s services, attract potential clients, and convert leads into customers. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals and deliver measurable results through data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
• Run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to boost traffic and conversions.
• Create and publish engaging content that aligns with brand goals and attracts the target audience.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure effective results.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads from digital channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to turn prospects into paying customers.
• Research competitors and market trends to refine marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with sales or business development exposure.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B or service-based marketing.
• Basic content creation or graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.

Salary

₦120,000 – ₦180,000 per month, with performance-based incentives.
