Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence and drive impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and design, with a strong understanding of the pension or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement.
• Create original and engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Design visually appealing marketing materials such as fliers, banners, infographics, and digital creatives.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms to maintain a consistent and professional brand voice.
• Work closely with internal teams to design and implement marketing initiatives in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the insurance, pension, or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, CorelDraw, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.

Salary

₦500,000 – ₦800,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
