Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a strong background in real estate to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage online campaigns, oversee digital strategies, and drive lead generation for our real estate projects. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve company goals and improve brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects
• Manage and mentor a small marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns
• Run and optimize paid advertisements on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Increase brand awareness and generate quality leads
• Collaborate with the sales department to meet marketing and sales targets
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in the real estate sector
• Proven record of running successful paid ad campaigns and generating qualified leads
• Previous leadership or team management experience
• Good understanding of SEO, social media strategy, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills

Salary

₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
