Job Title: Distillation Operator
Location: Ota, Ogun State

Role Overview
The Distillation Operator will be responsible for managing the distillation process, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining equipment, and following production schedules. The role focuses on achieving high-quality ethanol production through safe and efficient procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor distillation equipment to ensure efficient production of ethanol according to company quality standards
- Conduct regular sampling and testing to maintain product consistency and meet required quality specifications
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of distillation equipment to prevent downtime and ensure reliability
- Adjust parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to optimize production outcomes
- Keep accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and operational challenges
- Convert fermented molasses to Rectified Spirit (RS) and Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) for use in spirit production
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of an OND in a science-related field
- Basic knowledge of industrial or chemical processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow standard operating procedures
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Salary
N200,000 – N400,000 monthly
