Job Overview
We are hiring a District Sales Executive to drive growth and engagement for our professional training services. This role involves marketing, client outreach, and mobilization efforts with strong potential for advancement into a management position within two years.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and act on new market opportunities
• Promote and sell professional training programs to new and existing clients
• Expand product reach within current and emerging markets
• Mobilize individuals and organizations for training participation
• Build and manage strong client relationships to increase revenue
• Represent the company at forums, conferences, and client engagements
• Lead business development and marketing initiatives
• Organize and coordinate training events and client programs
• Use referrals, email, and phone outreach to build long-term client sources
• Attend scheduled team meetings and report to the Corporate Sales Representative

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc, or M.Sc in any discipline
• Must reside in Ogun
• 1–3 years of marketing experience
• Previous NYSC sales or outreach experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and relationship management skills
