Job Title: Early Years Teacher

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Overview

We are currently hiring a qualified and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our growing academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Early Years Education and a deep understanding of how young children learn. This role requires excellent English communication skills, creativity, and the ability to create a fun and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive lessons that align with early childhood learning goals
• Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for young learners
• Use creative teaching methods that promote curiosity and active learning
• Observe, assess, and record students’ progress and development
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s growth

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Early Years teaching
Education: B.Ed in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
Preferred Location: Candidates residing in Surulere or nearby areas
Certification: Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certificate is an added advantage
Skills and Qualities:

• Strong grasp of Montessori principles and early childhood pedagogy
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Patience, empathy, and passion for working with children
• Creativity, observation, and collaboration skills

Salary

₦120,000 – ₦150,000 per month
