Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates in schools and educational institutions. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from client relationship management to candidate placement and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational organizations to understand their hiring needs.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified teachers and educational support staff.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for suitability.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including reference checks, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
• Provide clients with professional advice on staffing trends and educational sector developments.
• Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• HND or BSc in any discipline with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills to identify and close recruitment opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proven capacity to build and sustain professional relationships.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Goal-driven, organized, and able to work independently.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: N150,000 – N200,000
• Benefits: Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage for employee and family
