Position Overview

Job Title: English Language Tutor

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English Language to students in assigned classes.
• Attend scheduled classes regularly and punctually.
• Plan and conduct tests, assessments, homework, and class projects, ensuring timely marking and accurate record-keeping for continuous assessment.
• Participate in afternoon session classes as indicated on the timetable.

Requirements

• A minimum of B.Sc. or B.Ed. in English Language or HND in Mass Communication from a recognized institution.
• At least two years of relevant experience teaching English Language at the secondary school level.
• Strong knowledge of the English Language curriculum for secondary schools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary

N105,000 – N125,000 per month.
