Role Overview

The ERP Data Entry Officer will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining business data within the company’s ERP system. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies while supporting administrative and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain production, inventory, and related data in the ERP system

• Verify accuracy of all entered data and make corrections where necessary

• Organize and manage databases, including record creation and updates

• Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports and retrieving data when needed

• Maintain proficiency in the company’s ERP system and ensure correct data usage

• Identify and resolve data errors while maintaining data quality standards

• Perform regular data backups and retrieve information as requested

• Follow company data entry policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• HND or BSc in any relevant field

• Minimum of 3 years experience in data entry or ERP system management

• Strong computer and technical skills with proficiency in ERP software

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues efficiently

• Understanding of data integrity standards and data security best practices
