Role Overview

This role is critical to the smooth functioning of the executive team. The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic support partner, managing calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, documentation, and confidential correspondence. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the operational force behind high-performing leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate complex calendars and schedule senior leadership activities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications

  • Arrange detailed travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, and visas

  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes

  • Track action points and follow-ups to ensure timely execution

  • Prepare expense reports and business documentation with accuracy

  • Manage confidential information with discretion

  • Support executives with ad-hoc tasks and occasional personal errands where required

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership

  • Background in fintech, financial services, or a fast-paced startup environment is highly desirable

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Slack

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing deadlines

  • Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
