About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Facility Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our hospital’s infrastructure. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations, maintenance efficiency, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and utility management
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards
- Supervise facility staff and coordinate external service providers
- Implement preventive maintenance plans and emergency procedures
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing hospital or healthcare facilities
- Strong understanding of building systems, safety protocols, and regulations
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
